We teach all styles and levels of social & competitive ballroom dance to students ranging in age from 5 to 85! We LOVE to dance, but even more so, we recognize the impact that learning to dance has on each individual and couple. The positive effect on the body, mind, and social/emotional wellbeing that takes place in the process is a gift truly greater than the sum of its parts. It is our great honor to cultivate a space that challenges foregone conclusions, makes stepping outside of yourself a rewarding habit, and fosters joy and connection every step of the way. With studios in Lake Oswego and Beaverton, we’re on a mission to continue reaching further into our communities with the belief that “Life is better when you dance!”
